A successful Culinary Assistant has the following:

- Experience assisting with food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and order
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
- Attend to residents’ individual dietary needs when taking and delivering food orders from residents and their guests
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
- Work under the supervision of and take instruction from the executive chef and sous chef
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

- Complete New-Hire Orientation, CBRF classes (as needed), and dietary skills training
- Receive continuous training from executive chef and sous chef as you continue to provide exceptional customer service to our residents
