FP&A Finance Analyst

Overview

The Financial Analyst will be the key finance contact for the PBC Total Bottling FP&A team. The Finance Analyst will provide overall support for period close results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Business Plan, along with ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation
  • Support Period Close process for the Bottling business, present out results to control counterparts for Topline and Cost performance
  • Support the Total Bottling AOP processes, modeling and deck writing. Work closely with PBC Divisions, HQ G&A Teams and Control counterparts to align on process and key inputs
  • Collaborate with finance partners to manage aligned Actuals and Forecasts
  • Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
  • Own the Field weekly performance outlook process and discretionary spend tracking plus any ad hoc projects for the team
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations; additionally work collaboratively across multiple finance teams to analyze performance and influence forecast

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $67,200 – $112,450 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of finance analyst experience

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting
  • Detailed oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision

Work Location: Pepsi Beverages Company is based in Purchase, NY. Transportation options include PepsiCo Shuttle Bus (Wi-Fi enabled) from East Side or West Side of Manhattan; train service to White Plains train station connecting to PepsiCo Shuttle Bus with transportation to Purchase, NY office location. This position is hybrid.
