The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Supervisor will lead the team`s focus on strategic planning, financial modeling/dashboarding, budgeting/forecasting and process improvements. Drives business partnerships with an emphasis on collaboration and information sharing.

Salary Range: $92,000 – $140,000 base compensation

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
Provides analysis to support decisions with critical business impact (Capital Expenditures, process improvements, new product development, etc.).
Assists in implementing performance measures which focus on key business drivers that support long term performance and strategic initiatives.
Increases company-wide business acumen through financial presentations, information sharing sessions and learning events.
Ability to create and maintain complex financial reports, cash flow, balance sheet, income statement for monthly reporting and presentations.
Business partner for leaders with a focus on unique business segments as well as divisions within the company. Expected to understand each organization entire financial performance from sales to bottom line.
Analyzes emerging businesses for profitability, capital requirements and return on investments.
Assists in preparing quarterly rolling forecasts, helping business partners analyze and adjust numbers.
Ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to assist management in understanding business performance.
Assists in preparing the short-term and long-term operating plan, including accumulation of data from variance departments.
Drives the continuous improvement of the key FP&A functions to improve reporting and decision making.
Leads focus to more value-added activities versus data processing, create higher output per FTE.
Supervises the FP & A staff. Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and other personnel-related activities.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or Finance or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience Required and Preferred:
- Minimum seven years finance or accounting experience with five years of FP&A experience
- Minimum two years with supervisory responsibilities.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ERP system such as Oracle JDE.
- Knowledge of enterprise planning software such as TM1, Planning Analytics, and Hyperion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to interact with members across the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, to self-initiate activities, and to work within timelines.
- Ability to set goals and objectives and to set and meet timelines to achieve goals and objectives.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing organizational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
