The Upholstery Frame Assembler role assembles wood frame parts for all types of upholstered furniture such as ottomans, chairs, sofas and sectionals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies correct frame parts for assembly of specific frame
- Connects frame parts in the correct order and design using staple gun, glue or other required methods
- Transports frame parts and assembled frames to and from work area
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Requires 3+ years of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, associates, and fellow leaders
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent pushing/sliding of completed upholstery pieces up to 200 lbs
