The Role
We are looking for an energetic Fraud Platform Implementation Lead that will be critical to the organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance and maintain our fraud prevention platform. This role bridges the gap between technical requirements and fraud prevention objectives, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of security and effectiveness. This role is embedded in the Fraud Prevention organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document technical and fraud-related requirements.
- Oversee the lifecycle of fraud platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Manage technical design discussions, summarize complex trade-offs and options, and make data-driven recommendations based on existing resource constraints and project timelines
- Identify potential risks in the platform and devise strategies for mitigation, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability.
- Work closely with fraud policy, operations, risk infrastructure, engineering product & design, compliance and other teams to ensure holistic development and alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Analyze and optimize processes related to the fraud platform, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Oversee external vendors involved in the fraud platform, ensuring contract compliance, quality assurance, and seamless integration.
What you’ll need:
- +6 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on security, trust and/or fraud system implementation projects
- Proven track record in leading technical projects, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Must have past experience collecting effective business requirements.
- Must be familiar with working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, Gitlab, Lucidchart, Snowflake
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and objectives
- Knowledgeable about leading fraud prevention tools, platforms, or technologies
- Hands-on experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to drive prioritization
- Track record of innovating and challenging the status quo
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range: $140,400.00 – $214,500.00
Payment frequency: Annual
