Zions Bancorporation, N.A. is currently accepting applications for a Fraud Product Manager to work in the Item Processing Department. This position will be a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday in Midvale, Utah.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Manage all aspects of assigned products for one or more product lines to maximize product potential and profitability.
- Conduct product research and profitability analysis.
- Make recommendations regarding product features, design, and pricing strategy to appropriate approval committees.
- Active participant in Payments Risk Committee.
- Create and analyze risk reporting.
- Ability to work with payments team and cross-functional partners.
- Work with other departments to bring the product to market.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns.
- Evaluate product results and make product modifications as needed.
- Assume profit and loss responsibility for assigned products.
- Supervise or lead other lower level associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Requires a Bachelors in business, information systems or related field and some working experience in product management, product analysis, design and development or other directly related experience.
- Working knowledge of product management techniques, practices, analysis, and design.
- Knowledge of technology used to support products and services.
- Knowledge of internal procedures for product research development and approval.
- Must have good judgment and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analysis and resolve problems.
- Solid customer relation skills.

Pay range (depending on experience): $75,000-$110,000
