Key job responsibilities

The position is a critical role to drive our long term strategy. The Senior Program Manager – Fraud DP Experience will optimize his/her analytical skills to identify the patterns and signals that we need to change the way we work to improve DP experience. The responsibilities include, but not limited to, identifying key DP anecdotes and work on a solution to better detect fraud or improve our processes and systems, ensuring global parity, and working with PR/Marketing to build trust with good DPs. The Senior Program Manager – Fraud DP Experience plays a key role in the interpretation, and transformation of voice of DPs, and build mechanisms to improve our work proactively. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work independently, think critically, review and assess large data sets, and prioritize competing ideas in a fast-paced and challenging environment that requires significant attention to detail.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of program or project management experience

– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

– 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
