Our client is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support their department. This is a contract to hire role, offering $20-$23 hourly, and is on a 5 day in office work schedule.
Role: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Frisco, TX 75033
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5
Pay Rate Range: $ 20 – $ 23 / hour
Job Duties:
- Patient facing – will be the first-person people see when they walk into the clinic – get them signed in, schedule follow up appointments
- Insurance verification
- Inbound & outbound call
- Obtain Patient Referrals
- Running liability estimates
- Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on referrals, including CRM database, HER system and necessary reports
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of healthcare specific experience
- Front Office/Administration experience
