Front Desk/Door Staff

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learns and complies with all company safety rules.
  • Assist with luggage or packages and ensure that residents and visitors reach their destination in the building easily.
  • Provide security and courtesy services.
  • Required to comply with supervisory instructions and perform other job duties, responsibilities and assignments requested by supervisors, managers or other company officials.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Carrying luggage from the entrance or elevator to the residents’ door.
  • Accepting and signing for packages / deliveries on behalf of residents and maintaining logs.
  • Arrange taxi pick up for residents.
  • Observe activities in the lobby and monitor security cameras.
  • It is essential that the Access Control / Front Desk:
  • Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion and pride in their work.
  • Approach all encounters with residents, guests and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Conduct all business for community as an Ambassador, with integrity and in a professional manner at all times.

Full-Time 40 hours a week

Pay Rate: $16
