We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, experienced Front Office Manager to join our growing team.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing and coordinating daily operations to ensure quality patient care and streamlined access of service for all patients.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all aspects of patient coordination and access to patients’ services on a daily basis.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and schedules of all imaging and radiation oncology patient appointments and access to service.
- Enhance the patient experience by providing efficient and courteous service to all guests, clients and staff, with optimal customer service, and contribute positively to the team approach of the Center.
- Responsible for technical and clerical aspects of patient coordination including authorization for service, patient satisfaction and problematic issues as they arise.
- Facilitate work effort to bring continuous process improvement to related functions.
- Organizational patient advocate addressing access issues.
- Responsible for the supervision of staff including scheduling, monitoring productivity standards, providing training, approving timecards and time off requests and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all related policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership in the development and implementation of specific operational objectives to provide leading edge, patient focused clinical care.
- Work with management team towards a common goal including actively engaging in Center growth and marketing strategies, clinical care and quality improvement opportunities, and cost reduction opportunities.

EDUCATION CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five to seven years of patient coordination, or equivalent experience with supervisor experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience required. Experience in imaging and/or oncology setting is highly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent computer skills and EMR knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong management skills and dealing with conflict resolution
