Job Description
Role: Frontend Python Developer
Rate: $55/hr – $60/hr on W2
Role Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement frontend solutions for enterprise applications.
- Utilize object-oriented programming practices to develop robust and maintainable code.
- Present data in a clear and compelling manner, leveraging your expertise in building interactive visualizations, such as the Plotly library.
- Work with GIS plots and geospatial data to enhance the spatial aspects of our applications.
- Utilize your experience with SQL language to manage and query databases, creating efficient data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain database connections, ensuring seamless data integration and retrieval.
- While not required, a preference is given to candidates who have an understanding of electric power systems, as this knowledge may be beneficial for certain projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Python programmer with a focus on frontend development.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating interactive visualizations, utilizing tools like the Plotly library.
- Proficiency in working with GIS plots and geospatial data.
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and database management.
- Experience with backend development and connecting frontend interfaces to backend services.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prefer understanding of electric power systems, but not required.
Requirements
Python Dash Experience Required:
Must have hands-on experience with Python Dash for building interactive web applications.
Proficiency in creating web-based dashboards and applications using Python Dash.
