ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assembles orders, packages machines for shipment including building of lumber pallets.
- Moving and loading completed packaged machines to warehouse or to truck for shipment
- Examining production checklist for completeness and quality levels, and making quality adjustments and repairs, as needed
- Supporting other team members within the assigned cycle, as well as all coordinating between other departments, as needed
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the area
- Other duties as assigned, by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Forklift & overhead crane experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Basic understanding of navigating KanBan, or other production efficiency processes
- Good communicator, in verbal form
- Self-starter, and strong ability to recognize links between roles and departments
- Consummate team player
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Production environment
ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:
- Starting pay minimum – $17/hr.
- Bonus potential – $480/quarter (estimated extra $1/hr.)
- 17 paid vacation days provided upon hire, prorated by start date. 17 paid vacation days provided starting in second calendar year of employment.

- Immediately enrolled in 401k plan. After 1 year, employer contribution is 50% up to 6% of employee contribution.
