About This Role:
The Division of Financial Services is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual for the role of Systems Analyst. This position is instrumental in supporting system solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall operational performance. This individual will serve as the go-to technical expert, assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective support to end users, and coordinating solutions with external software partners. The individual fulfilling this role should be organized, enjoy solving complex problems and identifying multiple solutions, and be an excellent communicator.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management/Systems or Related Business Field
- Strong IT background, including the understanding of technology solutions and services
- Ability to solve complex problems and identify multiple solutions
- Experience analyzing and reporting data
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing detailed reports and data summaries
- Self-directed team player
