We have an exciting new opening for a Air Foil Bearing Engineer Intern. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop next generation products and technologies for the automotive industry.
As the Air Foil Bearing Engineer Intern your responsibilities will include working with the Fuel Cell Engineering team in the Torrance, CA office. Assignments are 3 months in length and full-time in nature. Students can expect to gain hands-on work experience and to work on a variety of relevant projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on lab testing experience
- LabView experience
- MATLAB, VBA experience
- Optical profilometry (or contact) in surface finish evaluation experience
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $25 an hour
Maximum: $45 an hour
Note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, education, training, and/or experience.
