Description

PhillyWINs is part of the NextGen Project. This national study is testing new and enhanced employment services for people facing complex employment challenges. The NextGen Project will study how well PhillyWINs works. To do that, when eligible customers are identified, they will be informed about the study and asked if they want to participate.
*Please note this is an in-person position located across four CareerLink offices and cannot be performed remotely*
Brief Summary of Job Duties: To note, this is not an exhaustive list; this is just an overview to offer context to the role.
Data entry and tracking for NextGen/PhillyWINs project.
Conducting enrollments and intakes for NextGen/PhillyWINs project at CareerLink locations.
Tracking or follow along CIS administrative projects.
Client-facing meetings; communication and outreach, documentation and resource support.
Collaboration with internal and external team members and partners.
Other administrative duties as the position develops.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (four year college or technical school).
- 1 plus years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
- Possess valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Must have access to an automobile and internet access at home.
- Able to pass all required background checks.
- Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
