Job Summary :
Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an Genesys production support candidate with 6+ years of experience.
Location: Remote. Candidates should be in the USA.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
Duration: Full Time only – “Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).”
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Description and Qualifications include:
• Day to Day Incident Management
• Support for high priority issues P1/P2 and Escalations
• Communication and Outage Management
• Work with SMEs and Developers to identify and fix the issues identified in P1 and P2 tickets
• Work with L2 resources to get the RCA for P1 and P2 issues
• Update KT for any new Issues and set up process to proactive alert and fix for issues
• Mentor L1 and L2 team for any issues that they need help and guidance
• Change Review and Management (Monitor the Changes scheduled and look for any potential impact which could be caused.)
• Monitoring and Alerting design and development (Splunk/Big Data)
Functional and Troubleshooting skills under (Genesys SIP, ORS, WWE (GWS), Digital (Callback, Chat, Email, SMS))
Education:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment
