We are looking for:
Aroma Performance and Technology Solutions GBUs (~1b€ sales) is looking for a Global Business Finance Manager, being responsible for ensuring support and challenges to financial performance of both GBUs.
We count on you for:
- Driving and leading both the performance cycle and the management cycle for both Aroma and Tech Sol GBUs and leading relations and communications with Corporate controlling and other Group teams.
- Consolidating both GBUs results, implementing Group policy, rules, and finance assumptions and ensuring overall GBU financial compliance.
- Partnering with Business, Operations and Strategy to deliver performances and to elaborate strategic options In close collaboration with the Business & Operations Controllers and the Global Operations Controller, you’ll have the following responsibilities for the GBUs:
- Steer the financial part of the management cycle of the entire GBU (monthly results, forecasting, roadmap)
- Provide financial guidance & insight, clearly communicate within and outside the GBUs about the overall performance of our business and operations.
- Ensure efficient processes and reliability of figures. It means that you’ll have accountability on EBITDA, Cash, CFROI (value creation) for both Aroma Performance and TS GBUs, on other consolidated figures (Actual and Forecast) for Balance Sheet and P&L as well as on the other financial indicators.
- For Finance, coordinate the GBUs mobilization plans with the global operations controller and support other GBUs initiatives such as M&A, investment, restructuring
- Ensure compliance with the steering of internal controls for the both GBUs and more generally speaking work in support of the Finance Director and in collaboration with the Corporate Finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS norms as needed
- Guide the organization through the GBUs transformation, as key actor supporting on all financial topics to succeed the GBUs cultural change, providing key insight and rallying people around efforts.

You will bring:
- University degree, preference in Business Administration / Finance
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Controlling in an international environment.
- Fluency in English. French is a plus.
- Strong controlling skills and Business partnering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint & Google equivalents
- Cost accounting and General Accounting
- Impact and influence + result oriented
- Strong leadership capabilities, driving multiple transversal stakeholders in volatile and challenging environment
- Focused on performance and safety (incl. well-being)
- A team player with strong collaboration / partnering skills
- The guardian of the temple with rigor and compliance

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $145,248 to $181,560 per year).
- Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
- Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
