This position will expose the candidate to the logistical elements of event-planning, think tank operations, and our publications process.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the work, an entrepreneurial ethos, and a collegial spirit while also being an effective communicator. With a work culture of constant learning, the GEC values strong writing skills and the ability to produce rigorous work under deadlines. Demonstrated interest in international affairs and/or energy and climate policy through classwork or experience is preferred.

This internship is based in our Washington, DC headquarters at a rate of $17 per hour. Candidates must be available to work in person through the term of the program, lasting from Monday, August 7, 2023 to December 15, 2023.
