Overview
Primary focus would be to take on the management of the overall PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America) IT global IBP Delivery and to ensure successful deployment of PepsiCo Forecast Engine & O9 capabilities within PBNA sector. This would include leading agile teams – data analytics and integration, responsibility of ensuring on time and on budget delivery, satisfying project requirements, while adhering to PepsiCo enterprise standards and federated platforms. Role will lead managing data sourcing, engineering, integration, quality assurance and data science for PBNA global IBP deployment, build and retain talent within onshore as well as offshore across time zones, support the global IBP data strategy for PBNA partnering with global D&A function.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sr. business partners, global S&T – Product, global D+A, DPS, PBNA IT to define the backlog, prioritization, and delivery/deployment of IBP advanced capabilities deployment within PBNA
- Deliver data engineering, integration capabilities, data science and quality assurance for PBNA global IBP product build
- Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to PepsiCo enterprise standards and platforms.
- Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e., SAFe Agile)
- Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing, balancing demand, and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs.
- Manage partnership with vendors and leverage onshore and offshore models for work efforts
- Oversee coordination and partnerships with business product owners, architecture and IT services teams to develop and maintain data product best practices and standards along with appropriate quality assurance policies and procedures
- Lead an agile team of employee and contract resources to meet business needs
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Coordinate work activities with other IT services and business teams.
- Hold team accountable for milestone deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Business Management, or related field required; Advanced degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of related Information Technology and related business experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Minimum 10 years people management in the IT field
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in managing Data, ETL, integration projects.
- Strong knowledge to lead cross-functional program delivery
- Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
- Good knowledge of data science, AI/ML concepts
- Good understanding of PepsiCo business processes, data lake, and data warehouse environment
- Good financial management experience
- Good knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentation
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills
- Experience in Food/Beverage/Manufacturing or Consumer Products, industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with senior business and IT leadership/management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage resources to plan, including effectively handling spikes in demand
- Strong people management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 – $226,600 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
