Global Marketing Excellence Specialist

Reporting to the DX Global Head of Marketing Experience &Excellence, the Global Marketing Excellence Specialist will be responsible for communicatingwith key stakeholders across the organization to support effectivecollaboration and alignment on marketing activities, tools, and assets.

Byhelping to optimize the global and zone marketing organizations, measure andimprove marketing performance, you can help foster a Growth Mindset environmentwhere industry trends and unmet customer needs guide strategic customer-centricdecision-making.

Responsibilities:
• SupportDX Global Head of Marketing Experience & Excellence with strategic planningand coordination of activities and meetings across global and zone marketing
• Planning and implementation for upskillingprogram/s across marketing and communications.
• Support key tradeshows and events asneeded (special projects, promotion, logistics, etc.).
• Execute creative communicationsstrategies for key tradeshows and events.
• Work with the various teams to brainstormand implement new and innovative growth strategies (i.e. within Digital andMarketing Operations team, Marketing, etc.)

  • Liaise with Sales Education team toensure marketing planning execution is aligned.

• Conduct marketing surveillance forcompetitive intelligence and industry trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across theorganization to support effective collaboration and alignment on marketingactivities (e.g. newsletters, etc.).
• Capture key progress metrics and developa dashboard on marketing activity/product launch readiness timeline andcommunicate regularly and effectively this progress, highlighting areas ofsuccess and risk.
• Address challenges and remove obstacles to meet key launchexecution milestones.

  • Communicate with stakeholders across theorganization to support effective collaboration and alignment on marketingactivities (e.g. newsletters, etc.).

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing orrelevant field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in amarketing position.

• Prior product launch experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Highly creative with excellent analyticalabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonalskills across multiple cultures.
• Up to date on the latest trends andtechnologies in digital marketing.

  • Experience managing global projects and building relationships andrapport across functions and markets.
  • Demonstrated success applying skills in change management,including building consensus, influencing, and effectively supportingcolleagues in the timely completion of deliverables and tasks acrossstakeholders.
  • Fluent with project management tools (MS Project, Asana) and MS Officesoftware (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of operations and commercial practices in the medicaldevice industry.
  • A proven history of conceptual creative ability and judgment.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketingteams.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Thepay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $129,000.00 annually; however, basepay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The annual incentive target is (8%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineersoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off andholiday pay.
