About the Role:
The Global Partner Enablement Manager role supports the Global Partnerships team by leading projects that increase value for Twitch streamers. You will work with teams across Twitch including Product, Marketing, Content Strategy, Business Development, and Partnerships teams world-wide to develop plans. You will excel at leading programs collaboratively and voicing your opinion in a room of people to advocate for increasing streamer value.
You will report to the Director of Global Partner Enablement.
You can work in Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT or Remote US. You will be fully remote.
You Will:
- Lead multiple ongoing work streams that increase value for streamers
- Build internal and external Go-To-Market plans to increase streamer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate project risks, and ensure performance is tracked and measured
- Conduct regular communication with important partners around project milestones
- Be a streamer advocate and expert to other teams
- Manage a system to allow ongoing feedback with global Partnerships teams
- Understand streamer challenges and problem statements
- Provide recommendations on enablement strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years project or program management roles
- Excellent skills in planning, scheduling, execution, and communication
- Experience managing Go-To-Market relationships at all levels
- Ability to estimate time to produce results and hold others accountable to dependencies
- Influencer industry or creator economy knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Twitch enthusiast, you bleed purple!
- History working in an agreement building role
- Experience using data systems (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce)
- Experience with project management systems (Airtable, Monday)
- Knowledge of Twitch and adjacent gaming/streaming industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $167,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
