Global Partner Support Specialist Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $30/hr.
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment, Possible extension or conversion
Global Partner Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Own data for data integrity.
- Help support operational enablement through systems set-up.
- Become an expert on operational processes and serve as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day operations.
- Work cross-functionally to help on escalations of operational issues.
- Communicate and cooperate with teams across international time zones.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Global Partner Support Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in an operational or business operations capacity
- 1+ years experience in an external support role.
- Salesforce.com system experience is required.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite.
- Advanced Excel and Tableau experience preferred.
- Ability to drive issues to closure.
- Sense of urgency and ability to adhere to set timelines and SLAs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker, and performance-driven.
- Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes.
- Effective meeting management and steadfast follow-through on action items.
- Project coordination skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams.
