Job Title: Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Technologies Communications and Enablement Specialist
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Westford, MA; preferred
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic individual contributor with 5-10 years of experience in Communications and Enablement for Go-To-Market Sales Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communications plans and enabling our sales teams with the tools, training, and resources they need to excel in selling our technology solutions. Also responsible for developing Communications for internal Executive meetings and, for critical Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for GTM Sales Technologies, including product launches, updates, and key initiatives.
- Develop communication plans for internal Executives and Stakeholders.
- Create engaging and informative content, including presentations, sales collateral, email communications, and other materials to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and sales, to gather information and insights for effective communication.
- Provide guidance and support in the development of sales training programs, ensuring that sales teams have a deep understanding of our technologies.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement resources, including training materials, playbooks, and product documentation.
- Organize and lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate sales teams on product features and benefits.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve enablement materials and programs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communications and enablement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in GTM sales technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Communications and Enablement for Go-To-Market Sales Technologies.
- Strong understanding of sales technology tools including CRM and CPQ systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and sales collateral.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales success through effective enablement.

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00
Maximum Salary:$218,500.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
