Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Applies chemical & fertilizer applications to the resort grounds and/or golf courses as instructed.
- Maintains a working knowledge of safe mechanical operations for the calibration of various mechanical pressurized spray equipment, hand-operated sprayers, and spreader equipment.
- Participates in snow plowing, shoveling, and the operation of snow removal equipment to clear snow from roadways, lots, sidewalks, and paths as necessary.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- A valid Driver’s license is required.
- Turf and woody plant chemical pesticide and fertilization experience is required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a state pesticide license within 3 months of hire.
- Must have completed training requirements as demanded by the state and federal government, including those required by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.
