The Role:

    • Develop and mature the pre-launch, reveal, and launch plan for the Lucid Gravity with associated Marketing and Sales leadership and subject matter experts from critical stakeholder functions.
    • Coordinates all international reveal activations through start of sale in order to guarantee consistency and alignment with the Brand Positioning.
    • Own the timeline for key deliverables to support the pre-launch, reveal, and launch of the Lucid Gravity, including:
    • 1)The Communication of the Plan and the supporting elements, interdependencies, and associated lead times required to keep the plan on track.
    • 2)The associated alignment and coordination meetings, communications, and relationships with lead supports of the Plan, holding them accountable to quality and timing KPIs
    • 3)The associated reporting mechanisms to track and ensure Leadership commitment, alignment, and concurrence to the progress and key milestones.
    • Briefs, unites, and aligns all internal supporting functions and agency partners with the business and brand goals, needs, and requirements to reach those desired goals to inspire and guide work to the plan.
    • Maintain familiarity and analysis of competitive launch activity, timing and implications, and explores new opportunities based on them.
    • Works closely with the CRM team to develop a compelling communication plan for reservations and orders holders

Skills:

    • Builds and maintains productive working relationships within company functions, subsidiaries and agencies
    • Working knowledge of the Marketing mix, including Digital, Social, Experiential, Mass, Brand/Media Partnerships and Studios.
    • Mastery of Company internal and external communications channels and the optimal use and confidentiality of each.
    • Superior written and presentation skills.
    • Will have deep knowledge of the new products cadence, their customers, and the unique selling propositions that will connect with each audience.

Experience:

    • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing or Product Planning
    • Automotive launch experience highly preferred.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $96,000-$132,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
