Overview
Greet and direct guests to assist them in locating and arriving to their proper destination during events.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.72.
Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following 90-day probationary period

About the Venue
As a leading entertainment venue, PPG Paints Arena is the regional epicenter for athletic events, concerts, and family shows in Western Pennsylvania, and home to the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed
- Provide directional assistance to guests by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility, as well as assist with crowd flow.
- Keep area clear of debris/spills to ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the building
- Provide courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employees
Qualifications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work irregular hours including, night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
