Salary Pay Range: $68,752 – $98,110

YOUR ROLE

Accountable for creating and leading process improvement across a specific product line. Responsible for collaborating with the product line management team globally to implement new business processes, create greater efficiencies and overall product value for the organization and customers. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Work closely with product management team to analyze critical business practices, identify efficiencies attainable through process alignment and/or improvement.
  • Develop business change models by estimating current process capabilities, analyzing performance measures, identifying improvements and quantifying outcomes.
  • Implement process improvements, delivering sustainable cost savings and efficiency improvements within product line.
  • Identifies and collaborates with appropriate resources to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains process improvement roadmaps detailing the timing and priority of ongoing process improvement projects.
  • Ensure that standard approaches to process design and improvement are deployed, as well as identifying as advancing and applying new tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience

  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or a related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience and completion of the LDP Program.
  • Minimum five years related work experience.
  • Minimum three years industry experience.
  • Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience.

Languages and Communication Skills

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.

Computer Skills

  • Computer literate
  • Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Other Skills/Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Strong financial analytical skills with experience in performing quantitative statistical analysis, simulation models, and mathematical models.
  • Proficient in the use of analytical techniques such as statistical probability distribution, correlation, data sampling and relating sets of numbers.
  • Ability to generate error-free reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Knowledgeable of ISO guidelines, and applicable related government regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to develop short and long-range project planning, and effectively communicate information to diverse work groups.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies with a focus on developing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals, implementing business requirements analysis and testing processes, and identifying timeline constraints, and risks.
  • Ability to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
  • Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
