You Are:

UST is searching for a Group Product Manager who will develop and drive the Product Vision that addresses cross-domain market needs with strong business viability, in line with the Product/Platform Portfolio and guidance from Managers. As an active team contributor, leads the product teams in delivering the desired product outcomes from initial inspiration to implementation and support. A strong evangelist of the Product & Platforms Division’s Vision and Philosophy.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive migration of Market user identity, single sign-on, and provisioning systems to Adobe’s central identity and provisioning systems
  • Define and drive cross-functional alignment on migration strategy, customer cohorts, and customer communication
  • Develop requirements (PRDs, UX designs) for user and subscription migration tools, and participate in software lifecycle processes to get those tools developed and deployed into production.
  • Enable internal teams (Support, CSM, Solutions, Sales, Marketing, etc.) on migration schedules, plans, tooling, and technical knowledge.
  • Engage with high-profile customers during the migration process to ensure a smooth migration experience and business continuity for them.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or technical program Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with modern web/SaaS technologies and systems is a plus.
  • Experience with identity and provisioning migration is a plus
  • Have an analytical mindset and find ways to measure the success of your product and the features you launch.
  • Be data-driven in your decisions.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

California: $96,000-$144,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
