About the job:

  • Support the quality and consistency of work across assigned brand portfolios
  • Proactively provide recommendations and solutions to elevate Executional Excellence, reduce budget overruns and guarantee timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to successfully lead complex, digital projects from initiation through close out, form strong relationships with all internal and external partners, anticipate and resolve potential risks within the DDBH process and provide recommendations to improve overall Executional Excellence
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Account partners, cross functional teams, and clients, cultivating an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Provide leadership and guidance to extended team within assigned portfolios to guarantee understanding and adherence to established agency and client process, procedures, and technical requirements
  • Ability to work independently while managing changing timelines and conflicting priorities across assigned portfolio through organized task delegation and reallocation of resources
  • Responsible for the thorough onboarding, training, and mentorship of junior Project Management staff across assigned brand portfolios

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $115,000 – $150,500
