We’re looking for a data-driven and hyper-analytical Growth Marketing Manager who can drive business through all digital media channels. In this role you’ll partner with our Head of Marketing and agency partners to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search, SEO, email, affiliate, etc. while optimizing for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate has experience crafting strategy and frameworks for performance marketing campaigns, can set and hit aggressive goals and wants to work in a fast paced environment where they can have a lot of ownership.

Responsibilities & Duties

    • Manage key marketing channels including: paid search & shopping, paid social, affiliate, SEO, email, and performance partnershipsIdentify and execute opportunities for expansion into new acquisition channels.
    • Develop & build out framework of site & channel analytics for .com business. Identify key actions and next steps to turn framework into reality.
    • Build out digestible, custom reports for key stakeholders that inspire and provide actionable insights & takeaways to drive business objectives.
    • Aid in Google Analytics management & framework for proper data capture – tagging structure, UTM structure, channel settings, custom events, etc – and partner with appropriate team members to execute.
    • Manage budget and media mix allocation, regular performance forecasting and performance optimizations and channel-level planning.
    • Partner with our performance marketing agency to develop, execute, and continuously optimize our paid social media strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth Manage end-to-end campaign execution including budget allocation and audience targeting to maximize channel ROI.
    • Partner with eCommerce, brand, creative and merchandising teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support key business objectives and growth goals
    • Develop audience-based strategies to increase profitable customer acquisition and retention
    • Manage the Email and SMS calendar in partnership with Brand Marketing
    • Perform hands on duties inclusive of, but not limited to, Email and SMS scheduling, segmentation, linking, and reporting

Experience & Skills

    • 5+ years experience in a similar function at a ecommerce brand
    • Experience managing multiple 3rd party social media partners, agencies and media groups
    • Understanding of advanced campaign measurement and attribution
    • Experience managing projects involving a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
    • Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
    • Proficiency with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
    • A/B testing experience and a results-oriented mindset
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
    • Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, including pitching in to support other persons and teams.
    • A positive, can-do attitude. You’re not deterred by minor setbacks and are able to swiftly overcome ambiguity.
    • Will consistently cultivate a culture of inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work.
    • Ability to travel as needed, including internationally.
    • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office programs and other workload management programs
    • Bonus points for experience in the fashion space.

$110,000 – $135,000 a year

Competitive compensation ($115,000 – $135,000) including generous equity in a well-funded environment. This role’s final level, job title and corresponding salary will be determined by the selected candidate’s professional experiences and related skill sets.
