Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Shreveport . As a Hotel Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your duties will involve assisting guests with their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and check them into their rooms
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
– Ensure the lobby area and front desk are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
– Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functional
– Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
– Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

Requirements
Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3 months hospitality, general office, accounts receivable or customer service experience.
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
Salary Description
$12.00 p/hour
