RH is seeking a Pantry Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests while taking great care of our guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience
- Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
- Refresh and replace all pantry items in rooms with the utmost quality, attention to detail and proper placement that complies with our standards
- Professional service demonstrated through appearance, proper etiquette, verbal expression and demeanor
- Promotes teamwork with the restaurant and back-of-house teams to creating a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure the highest level of food quality and packaging for delivery
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Consistently strives for news ways to surprise, delight and enhance the luxury guest experience
- Luxury hotel experience is strongly preferred, familiar with fine dining operations and procedures
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Experience using with Hotel Property Management systems, Opera experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time
- This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
