Program Manager, Client Services (MedInsight)

Position Summary:

The Program Manager, Client Success assists the Chief Client Officer (CCO) with leading day-to-day operations and delivering on strategy and operational plans.

  • Manages complex projects from planning through delivery
  • Liaises between Client Services teams, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans are communicated
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines
  • Coordinates and facilitates Client Services leadership meetings to align the project team and track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
  • Monitors task completion status to Identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans

This position may also perform other related or unrelated duties as assigned by supervisor or as may be required to meet project team goals and objectives. Remote candidates will absolutely be considered.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience;
  • Ability to work on and organize concurrent projects; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Healthcare business acumen
  • Experience in Information Technology or related field

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, plus at least 5 years of proven experience in Information Technology or related field.

Compensation and Location:

  • The salary range is $80,000 to $125,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role can be located remotely within the U.S.
