YOUR ROLE
- Conduct research and development in an innovative technology/sustainability initiative and leveraged in the Henkel Hair Care portfolio.
- Activities would include Intellectual property searches, developing and evaluating prototypes, preparing and presenting data, and completing technical readiness elements to lead to successful commercialization.
- Conduct work independently and consult with manager as needed.
- Build capability in Henkel R&D tools/systems and Henkel culture.
YOUR SKILLS
- Working knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and instruments from prior internships or academic laboratory experiments.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to interpret technical data sheets/literature from
- Henkel Vendors and Web applications.

The salary for this role is $56,160. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
