Harvest Reservationist
Wage: $14-16 Per Hour
Shift: 25-30 hours per week 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet and thank all guests
- Manage bookings of large parties
- Managing the flow
- Quoting accurate wait times for guests
- Make reservations via phone and in person
- Answer phone calls
- Return messages for reservations
- Walk and take guests to their table
- Ensure the flow of seating is balanced among servers
- Accommodate any special needs or requests by guests
- Update reservation sheets for kitchen
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to and uphold Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies
Requirements
- 2-3 years previous hosting experience
- Welcoming & Pleasant
- Engaging and professional personality
- Competent with basic computer seating/reservation system (OpenTable)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Pass a background check
