Head of B2B Financial Services for North America & Emerging Markets

Amazon Lending is a dedicated program providing vital working capital to sellers so they can succeed.

As a Senior Manager, you will develop the vision, plans, roadmaps and lead a talented team to ensure we have the right Lending product portfolio for Sellers in US, Canada and new country expansions. You, with your team, will be responsible for creating a long-term Lending vision, product, policy, and pricing for Sellers.

Key job responsibilities

Be the end to end business leader (STL) for full suite of lending offers, user experience, feature functionality and P&L, working in close partnership with the engineering leaders and partner teams to execute.

Own lending solution ideation, CX design, compliance, product messaging, pricing, and reliability. Develop clear business requirements that inform new feature development, product architecture and technical specifications. Proactively identify and address technical or business obstacles to achieving our Seller growth and scaling goals.

Synthesize a range of industry and partner inputs, and technology trends to define a roadmap of features that delight Sellers. Evaluate third party lending technology roadmaps and engage with strategic providers and partners to deliver requirements

Hiring and developing talent. Coach next generational of leaders and make the right organizational design and hiring decisions, and continuously developing teams, setting goals and holding team members accountable for performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 6+ years of team management experience

– Bachelor’s degree

– 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

– 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

– Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
