Summary:
Teladoc Health seeks a Head of Office and AV Technology for our Purchase and New York Offices. The ideal candidate must have a mindset for building a proactive approach around AV technology and the ability to pull together technical disciplines from across the IT organization to solve problems as a team.
Requirements:
- You are an experienced professional with excellent customer service, personnel, and technical skills.
- You are polished and able to interface with C-level executives
- You are a consummate professional passionate about building a proactive approach around AV technology and the ability to pull together technical disciplines from across the IT organization to solve problems as a team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience in AV/Conference room technology commercial installation.
- 2+ years working in technology in a management role
- 3+ years working as a project manager
- You will have at least three years of experience administrating Microsoft Teams, Teams Live Event, Zoom, Zoom Webinar, or other comparable video conferencing platforms.
- You will need at least three years of experience in live event management, sound reinforcement duties, and customer service experience in fast-paced corporate or production environments.
- Thorough knowledge of Crestron Products and technologies
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSUs, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
