As the Head of Product, you will be instrumental in defining the product strategy and roadmap and providing strategic guidance and leadership to our dynamic product & design team. You’ll have the exciting responsibility of evolving our B2B offerings, steering design, and development processes to ensure our products align with our customer needs and business goals. This role presents a unique opportunity to scale a product in an industry hungry for innovation and automation. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to meet product objectives. S/he will also have an excellent understanding of B2B product lifecycle, market dynamics, and customer needs and will be an expert in data-driven decision making, and able to extract insights from complex data sets.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision and business objectives. Prioritize product opportunities, defining key performance indicators, and managing a product roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the team’s progress, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product features, user-experience, prototype testing, and customer expectations. Facilitate communication and decision-making across functions to drive product development and launch processes.
  • Engage directly with customers and conduct market research to identify needs and opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer experience to inform product strategy and development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on product performance metrics. Communicate insights and product performance to stakeholders, making data-informed decisions that improve product and business performance.

Key Experience/Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is Required. Masters in Computer Science / Engineering or Equivalent is Preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading product teams, with a proven track record in the B2B technology sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of product managers and designers.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling B2B products, with demonstrable impacts on business growth.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders and capturing requirements so that they can be articulated to the key leadership team. Bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as product development tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to a range of stakeholders, including sales pitches.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to align product and business goals.

The base pay range for this position is $132,021 – $207,461/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for a number of benefits, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.
