Amazon is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Head of US Enterprise Marketing, Amazon Transportation to support an emerging business as we scale up in the US. The Head of US Enterprise Marketing, Amazon Transportation will be excited by partnering in launching a new start-up from the beginning of its lifecycle, and will have a proven track record of successfully hiring and managing a US-based team to drive B2B acquisition, growth, and retention, working hand in hand with Sales.
We are reinventing the approach to selling in this industry and looking for a Head of US Enterprise Marketing, Amazon Transportation who can partner with Sales, Product Management, and Tech as we challenge the status quo and invent on behalf of our customers. In this role, the Head of US Enterprise Marketing, Amazon Transportation will have experience leading a high-performing team to exceed lead generation goals and funnel metrics, leveraging a cohesive multichannel marketing strategy. We are looking for the Head of US Enterprise Marketing, Amazon Transportation to help us build the foundation for profitable and scalable long-term growth by inventing and localizing Marketing processes and SOPs that will help us scale the business as we grow as a global organization. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Marketing.

Key job responsibilities
– Lead a high-performing, high-growth team to achieve key metrics, including acquisition, upsell, and retention
– Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
– Lead the annual development of the US demand generation and engagement strategy based on global objectives and business growth targets
A day in the life
– Experience to manage and running digital marketing channels within a B2B context
– Knowledge to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and pivot campaign strategies accordingly
– Experience to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner – particularly in written form
– Knowledge as a builder and a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
– Knowledge to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience hiring and developing strong talent and building a team
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
