Job Title: Sales Coordinator Supervisor

Reports To: Director of Marking & Coding

Location: Ontario, CA

Status: Regular-Full Time

Summary of the Position:

Sales Coordinator Supervisor work is focused on sales analysis and reporting and includes: focus on training, hiring and managing customer service staff on sales related systems, database, and associated processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales analysis and reporting: helping Sales team to develop necessary reports, help monitoring order continuity from our customers and status from vendors.
  • Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
  • Utilize SAP System to create, process customer orders, maintain customer masters and pricing masters. Including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
  • Create and process vendor purchase order, monitor delivery schedule. Process payment documents for vendors.
  • Participate, provide documentation and support to all Audits.
  • Oversee Import/Export screening of customers. Process Due Diligence screening of customers.
  • Participate in Credit review meeting and implement action items accordingly.
  • Provide warehouse back-up coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP a plus.
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Must be detail-oriented and well organized
  • Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • 3 plus years sales office experience or admin experience is required – Senior Professional.

For California Only (as required by California’s Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act (SB 1162): The expected salary for this position in our California office is $63,000 – $67,500. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi America’s variable pay program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
