Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or minimum 3 years’ experience providing customer service support in an office environment
- Experienced in systems such as Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office products.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales support including administration of quotes and orders and sale of products.
- Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects at once.
- Understand customer or potential customer needs from a product/service perspective and provide the appropriate documents (marketing brochures, SDS, other technical documents)
- Demonstrated a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in a small group, with customers, other employees, and the general public
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to accurately solve basic mathematic equations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Problem solving ability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and establish priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams)
