Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree or minimum 3 years’ experience providing customer service support in an office environment
  • Experienced in systems such as Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales support including administration of quotes and orders and sale of products.
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects at once.
  • Understand customer or potential customer needs from a product/service perspective and provide the appropriate documents (marketing brochures, SDS, other technical documents)
  • Demonstrated a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in a small group, with customers, other employees, and the general public
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to accurately solve basic mathematic equations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Problem solving ability in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish priorities.
  • Proficient with MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams)
