We are looking for a housekeeping houseman to join our team at the TownePlace Suites Laredo. H.I. Lindberg LLC is both an owner operator and an approved third-party manager of select service and extended stay hotels with locations currently in Texas and Colorado. We currently have 8 locations with several more in development.
Job Description: Our housekeeping houseperson is responsible for assisting the housekeepers and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the hotel.
Essential Job Functions:
• Stocking housekeepers carts with supplies
• Removing trash and used linen from the housekeeping carts
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all storage areas
• Restocking all storage areas with supplies
• Thoroughly cleaning all aspects of the public areas
• Reporting any type of problem immediately
• Delivering any special request or guest request items to the guest rooms
• Assisting as a van driver when necessary
• Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and delivering exceptional guest service at every opportunity
