Job Description
Assist the housekeeping management staff with the departments daily operational duties by performing
the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Housekeeping Department
- Place outbound Courtesy Calls and answer phones
- Maintains the filing and copying of documents
- Type routine e-mails, faxes, reports
- Receive sales complaint log and track guest complaints
- Look up unit status, work orders, and reservations using resort’s software
- Follow up with guest to ensure all issues have been solved
- Maintain a record of units cleaned/inspected per inspector
- Maintain a log of complaints pertaining to Housekeeping
- Maintain communication with Front Desk to receive information regarding: Telemarketing Arrivals
- Assist Guests and Team Members by responding to day-to-day requests
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications

- 25-35 wpm typing speed
- Proficient MS Office (MS WORD/MS EXCEL/MS ACCESS)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good writing, oral communication skills and organizational skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
