Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout our community’s common areas, including lobbies, corridors, activity room, and fitness centers.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a sparkling and hygienic environment for our residents in their apartments.
- Restock supplies, including toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials, to ensure availability for residents and guests.
- Assist with light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with our friendly staff and residents to ensure their needs and preferences are met, providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to efficiently complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to identify areas that require attention.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
