Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join the Supply Chain Fulfillment Team in North Charleston, South Carolina!
The growth of the 787 program makes this role an opportunity to be involved in exciting innovation through supply chain opportunities and partnerships, cross-functional problem solving, and an on-going Lean journey. The selected candidate will provide support the Supply Chain Fulfillment Team purchasing Portable Tools and Shop Supplies and Hazardous Materials for the 787 program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
- Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
- Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
- Coordinates part number attributes
- Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
- Releases and maintains orders
- Documents and resolves order delinquencies
- Reports schedule adherence issues
- Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
- Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
- Creates schedules for products and services
- Coordinates and supports process improvements
- Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team’s success
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry
- 1+ years of experience with ERPLN, REDARS, CribMaster, HazTrax, SAP, Ariba
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $62,050 – $83,950
