Job Summary:
Janitors clean and remove garbage at all public restrooms, common area spaces, and offices owned & operated at Northstar California. Duties include organizing, restocking and cleaning all Janitor closets at each location. Deep cleaning of carpets as needed. Most work is located within Village at Northstar, but does include office spaces in base area, golf clubhouse, and some mountain locations. Also includes daily cleaning and garbage removal at Timber Creek Lodge common area spaces.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $20.00 – $ 22.04 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
- AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
- Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Some snow removal (shoveling and snow blower operation) is required
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing requests and business needs quickly
- Regular lifting, carrying (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, standing and walking
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Flexible schedule required; he/she will be expected to work weekends, holidays, night-shifts, sometimes with short notice
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Some snow removal (shoveling and snow blower operation) is required
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing requests and business needs quickly
- Regular lifting, carrying (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, standing and walking
- Some housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
The expected pay range is $20.00 – $ 22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
