HR/Administrative Manager

Addison Group’s client is currently searching for an HR/Administrative Manager for their Law Firm in Downtown Washington, DC (K Street). This role is 5 days per week on-site and is a contract-to-hire role. This role requires 8+ years of blended HR/Office management experience and pays $50/hr on contract and converts in the $110,000-120,000 salary range. Apply here to learn more!

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Office Management and HR experience required
