As an HR Business Partner, your role is crucial in supporting our company’s objectives and enhancing the human resources within the plant. You will collaborate closely with the plant’s leadership team to develop strategies, provide structure, and deliver results to the supervisors and managers in the facility. Currently, we are seeking a Spanish Bilingual HR Business Partner to fully meet our business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Business Partner, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting and advising management to effectively drive business results and achieve company goals.
- Implementing and monitoring people-related programs and initiatives in line with laws, regulations, local business objectives, broader company goals, and the strategic plan.
- Leveraging key trends and data to inform strategic decisions and talent planning.
- Collaborating with management to create a positive employee experience throughout the employment life cycle, including recruitment, performance/compensation management, training and development, and succession management programs.
- Leading and participating in HR projects across the organization to find systemic solutions to HR challenges.
- Working with HR partners in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Analytics, Learning and Development to attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent.
Qualifications and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting management on complex employee relations and organizational effectiveness issues.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proficiency in common local, state, and federal HR/employment-related laws and regulations, such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and intermediate proficiency with HRIS/report writing and people analytics.
- Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the needs of plant operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additionally, the following qualifications are desirable:
- A Master’s Degree in a related field.
- PHR, SPHR, or Coaching certification.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience within a fast-paced manufacturing organization.
