Responsibilities:
As our People Success Partner (Generalist), you’ll be the heart of our HR operations, creating positive experiences and supporting our exceptional employees. Your journey with us will involve:
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for our HRIS and payroll system, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Process payroll for one biweekly payroll and two semi-monthly payrolls, including timesheet processing, accrual balance verification, and accuracy checks.
- Handle personnel changes, terminations, and updates for deductions, including wage garnishments, 401(k) deferrals, and taxes.
- Maintain data accuracy in our HRIS, optimizing the system for the best employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations concerning HR and Payroll.
- Track Paid Time Off in our HCM system.
- Oversee sales compensation calculations and payments.
Benefits Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee benefit orientations and assist with benefit inquiries.
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Process monthly billings, prepare administrative fee payments, and handle reconciliation.
- Administer leave-of-absence requests, disability paperwork, and FMLA.
- Manage Open Enrollment activities.
- Maintain HR, payroll, personnel, and benefits files.
- Process 401(k) files biweekly and quarterly reconciliations.
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Other HR Duties:
- Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle compliance administration and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including paperwork processing and database maintenance.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and provide support in various areas of HR and healthcare benefits administration.
Is this you?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR and payroll.
- Knowledge of federal and state HR regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
