HR Intern – Compensation

HR Intern – Compensation $14.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Assist with the research and review of compensation trends and best practices in order to structure current and future compensation programs.

Participate in compensation surveys; complete salary survey work via research/labor market analysis and CompAnalyst tool, data retrieval, data computation and data manipulation; analyze results to ensure salary structure supports competitive compensation levels

Perform financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis to determine the financial impact of wage program recommendations, creating charts and presentations as needed.

Utilize UKG and Comp Analyst in performance of duties. Supports the conversion to Ceridian Dayforce where needed.

Working with HR leadership, finalizes and documents organization-wide Compensation Administration Guidelines.

Provides support to Associate Director, HR Operations in resolving compensation-related questions and making recommendations to resolve outstanding issues. Performs other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications

Current undergraduate student pursing a degree bachelor’s degree

Strong Microsoft Office Abilities and Skills

Ability to self-direct and manage projects, interact and build relationships across the organization

Good communication and organizational skills
